Terms and conditions of registration (AGB)

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
After receipt of the booking confirmation, the package and/or ticket price must be paid in accordance with the terms of payment and the due date. The registration is only binding for us after receipt of your payment.

Cancellation and booking modification conditions
Booked service packages will not be taken back since the tickets and passes are personalized.

Cancellation of the trip by MSR Prime Switzerland GmbH:
In absolutely exceptional cases, it may unfortunately happen that MSR Prime Switzerland GmbH is forced to cancel the trip, e.g. if the minimum number of participants is not reached or force majeure. In this case, you will get your money back or we will try to offer a replacement trip. MSR Prime Switzerland GmbH is not liable for further claims on your part.

Terms of payment.
The applicable terms of payment depend on the correspondingly booked service and will be communicated with the booking confirmation.

Disclaimers:
We shall not be liable to you if the non-performance or improper performance of the contract or the damage is due to the following causes:
a) on your omissions before or during the trip
b) unforeseeable or unavoidable omissions of a third party who is not involved in the provision of the contractually agreed services
c) force majeure or an event that we, the intermediary or the service provider cannot foresee or avert despite due care.
d) due to weather, safety reasons or other reasons on site, any race activity such as races/practice session/qualifying sessions can take place restricted, partially, or not at all
In these cases, any liability for damages on our part is excluded.

Unpredictable tax increases, currency fluctuations, tariff changes, etc. may subsequently necessitate a price premium. In the case of special trips (e.g. Formula 1), deviating conditions apply in some cases, as these trips can only come about through the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the respective organizers.

Immigration regulations
Travelers are responsible for compliance with entry, health and foreign exchange regulations. In the event of a possible refusal of entry, no costs will be refunded.

Regulations of the organizer:
Mandatory requirements might be prescribed by the authorities or the organizer for the visit or execution of the event (e.g. PCR test, contact tracing, COVID certificate, mask obligation, distance requirement). The customer is responsible for compliance with and costs of these regulations. In case of non-compliance, the attendance of the event may be refused or excluded. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket or package price.

Complaints:
Complaints must be reported immediately to the tour guide on site or by telephone directly to the booking office, so that we can react accordingly and remedy the situation. Subsequent complaints or claims for damages cannot be taken into account.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction:

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is 9245 Oberbueren, Swiss law is applicable.
